How we made it happen!

In 1946, when the Indian economy was lopsided and going through an ordeal, the founding fathers of Teen Ekka Group had a vision.

The vision was based on a promise of dedication, quality and consistency. Entering the agro- industry is a step that comes with a lot of expectations. Expectations of every single end consumer.

Perfectionism runs in the Teen Ekka family and hence, making an ordinary product was never a part of the plan. The vision was to build a brand that is known for its exceptional quality and one that can be at the receiving end of unquestionable trust.
Covering products from almost every major food and grain category, Teen Ekka group offers all types of pulses, grains and flours. With extensive variety comes great responsibility and Teen Ekka is proud to share that it’s work ethics from day 1 have complied with industrial standards and norms.

The complete team believes in leaving no stones unturned and raising the quality standards every single time.

Good work can’t remain hidden for long and it’s been more than a few years that Teen Ekka has been making the country proud by being one of the most instrumental exporters to Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

It all started in 1915

  • 1915 - Started by Late. Shri Seth Laxminaryan Ji Airen

    Started a trading firm M/s Mahadeo Laxminarayan from small room in Indore, MP

  • 1934 - Grinding with "Ghatti"

    Hand grinded pulses at home with special equipment called “ghatti” in hindi.

  • 1939 - 0 to 50

    Increased reach of supplying to a radius of 50 Kms in Indore.

  • 1946 - Installed a bigger equipment

    The "ghatti" got bigger and so as demand. Increased reach to 200 Kms.

  • 1949 - Huge demand need huge space

    Bought a huge land of 70,000 sq.ft. for the industry at Navlakha, Indore.

  • 1954 - 20,000 sq.ft. factory for production

    New name "Kamal Brand" has been launched, manufacturing toor dal & moong dal.

  • 1968 - 12,000 sq.ft. new plant

    New development of plant in 12,000 sq.ft. at Navlakha, Indore

  • 1970 - Teen Ekka in the game

    A refreshed name & identity "Teen Ekka Brand", new bid with a great vision.

  • 1975 - Trusted brand of MP

    Became popular and loved by the majority of our audience in Madhya Pradesh.

  • 1989 - Mahalaxmi Dall Mill

    Partnered with Rameshwar Lal Ji Asawa and established a new company "Mahalaxmi Dall Mill"

  • 1994 - Recognition phase

    Our products recognized nation wide and lead to increased supplies to major cities of India.

  • 1997 - 10,000 sq.ft.

    Increased plant space to 10,000 sq.ft. more at Navlakha, Indore.

  • 2002 - Trading of Agri Commodities & Grains

    Started trading of Agri Commodities & Grains

  • 2005 - 9,000 sq.ft.

    Upgradation of machine & plant sacled to 9,000 sq.ft. more.

  • 2009 - Imported & scaled to 11,000 sq.ft.

    Imported latest technology machine Buhler Sortex from London, UK

  • 2010 - 25,000 sq.ft.

    Launched a new plant with the name "Teen Ekka Foods Pvt. Ltd." covered in 25,000 sq.ft. land at Palda, Indore.

  • 2012 - Launch of Gram Flour

    Created a new plant for our new product Besan/Gram Flour at Palda, Indore.

  • 2014 - New machinery & capacity

    Expanded to a capacity of 300 metric tonnes with a new plant in Palda, Indore

  • 2015 - Supplying overseas

    Started the export venture with a vision to fulfil the demand of whole world.

  • 2019 - Headquartered in Indore

    Indore became the headquarter of Teen Ekka Brand at "Teen Ekka House".

  • 2020 - 500 metric tonnes

    Presently Teen Ekka Group is having production capacity of 500 metric tonnes per day from both plants.

It is our sole mission to deliver the highest quality products to our customers all over the world. Through our exports to several countries, we have managed to start on our goal and dare we say that we are just getting started.

Goals

Our goal is to become the largest manufacturer and exporter of food supplies in the world so that every household has access to quality products at an honest price. We believe that price shouldn't keep them from having the best quality food available.
